Billing, charges and refunds
Every plan except Forever is a subscription: Stripe charges again at the end of the period until you cancel. 349 € is charged once.
Access lasts while the subscription is active (or with no end date on the forever plan).
Cancel with the form below: auto-charges stop immediately. A refund of the last payment is available within 14 days if you have not completed more than half of the full course.
Card details are handled by Stripe. NAVA does not store the full card number.

Cancel subscription
Four steps. Auto-charges stop immediately. If 14 days have not passed, the last payment is refunded to your card.
- 1Open the Stripe email after payment. It has the order number (usually starts with cs_).
- 2Enter the same email you used at checkout and the order number.
- 3Tap “Cancel subscription”. We close access and stop further charges. If the refund window is still open, the last payment goes back to your card.
- 4If the order is not found — write to lidoviclid@gmail.com. We will handle it by hand.
