Privacy policy

NAVA (a yacht school in Belgrade, Serbia) processes data to deliver training, answer enquiries and — only with consent — measure Meta ads.

We may receive your name, email, phone/messenger, quiz answers, demo-lesson progress, technical data (IP, user-agent, _fbp/_fbc cookies, anonymous external_id) and UTM tags.

Email is SHA-256 hashed on the server before it is sent to the Meta Conversions API. Card numbers are never sent to NAVA or Meta. Leads stay in your browser (localStorage), not in a shared site database. Demo email is collected only with consent to informational mail.

Ad processor: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Pixel and Conversions API) — only after marketing consent. EU traffic uses Limited Data Use if you chose necessary cookies only.

Legal bases: the training contract, legitimate interest in site security, and marketing consent (GDPR / Serbian data-protection law). You can withdraw consent on the cookies page.
